The Tri-leaf Pact
Last updated 8/15/2015.
The Tri-leaf Pact is the binding document that keeps peace between the tribes of the Lands of Order. It was forged in the aftermath of the Great War to ensure further battles didn't break out between the races. It was named for Tri-leaf Pass, the location where it was debated on, written, and eventually enacted. Though all five races abided by the Pact, it didn't help to ease tensions between them. The Pact ensures many things, but its most known provisions are for safe travel between the territories along the Safe Roads; seasonal meetings at Tri-leaf Pass between representatives of each tribe; and most importantly, prevention of war between the tribes.
Spoilers for Eternal Forest below.
After the Blight ended, leaders from all the tribes met again at Tri-leaf Pass. Under the direction of Shimmer and her followers, a new Pact was forged. The new Pact put greater emphasis on compassion and understanding between the races, strengthening the peaceful bonds in the Lands of Order.
