Tri-leaf Safe Roads
Last updated 8/13/2015
A provision from both the old and new Tri-leaf Pacts states that each of the sovereign territories must be connected by designated paths called Safe Roads. The roads vary in size from wide and flat to narrow highways where carts can be ridden walking paths that zigzag through the trees. By order of Tri-leaf law, no one traveling on the roads, even in a territory not native to them, may be hindered in any way. Their travel must be met with no opposition as long as they remain on the road. It was a provision designed to encourage trade and travel with the intention of further strengthening ties between the tribes. After the Blight and the signing of the new Tri-leaf Pact, more roads were added between the territories. Most of these roads run from one city or village to another, though no road directly goes tot he faerie city of Windsong.
