The Lands of Order
Tranquility

Spoilers for Eternal Forest below.
Tranquility was founded after the Blight. It was the sight of the battle where the Vehlrock was defeated. Roughly 300 years after the formation of the Lands of Order, each of the tribes began searching outwards from the established territories. The tribes came upon Tranquility almost simultaneously. With it's sparkling waters, lush vegetation, majestic waterfall, and mild weather, Tranquility was a paradise. Arguments over which tribe would claim Tranquility quickly escalated into violence, and the Great War was started. The battle desomated Tranquility, leaving it a barren land and giving rise to the Vehlrock. The Lady held the Vehlrock's power back for 400 years. Once Tranquility was restored, the Tri-leaf Pact was revised to state that no one tribe could claim dominion over it. It became a holy land, a place where the Lady's faithful would travel on pilgrimages. Eventually, the Temple was erected over the water and it became the religious heart of the Lands of Order.
